Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is seeking an experienced Digital Engineering or BIM leader to coordinate digital information across projects, disciplines and offices. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth and focuses on design coordination and digital handover.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in design/drafting, engineering, architecture or related discipline.
• Senior-level experience leading Digital Engineering, BIM or information management on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, Common Data Environments, federated models, clash coordination and digital handover.
• A collaborative leadership style; ability to coordinate disciplines and build client relationships.
• Experience in transmission, utilities or renewables is advantageous but not required.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Engineering delivery from tender through design coordination and handover.
• Coordinate civil, structural, primary electrical, secondary systems and SCADA teams to deliver coordinated models and deliverables.
• Establish practical standards and drive capability development across major projects.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
