Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is seeking a Senior Digital Engineering leader to coordinate digital information across projects and offices. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role can be based in multiple Australian cities, including Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.

You will lead Digital Engineering delivery from tender through design coordination to final handover. This is a strategic leadership role that moves between project delivery and capability development, aligning disciplines,

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in design/drafting, engineering, architecture.
Senior-level experience leading Digital Engineering, BIM or information management across major multidisciplinary projects.
Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans, Common Data Environments, federated models, clash coordination and digital handover.
Collaborative leadership and ability to coordinate technical disciplines and build relationships with clients and teams.
Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Lead Digital Engineering and delivery from tender to handover across projects.
Coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and SCADA disciplines with offshore and on-site teams.
Establish practical standards and drive digital handover and information management.
Act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
