Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of directly relevant experience in digital commerce / trading, digital marketing, digital products & experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-range growth strategy for Nike Digital Commerce, including identifying and prioritising future growth levers, investment opportunities and capability needs.
• Develop pre-season game plans with cross-functional team, to ensure premium execution of product priorities, sport/brand/retail moments and membership value.
• Translate business objectives into clear commercial and operational roadmaps for Nike.com and NikeApp.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly demand forecasts, underpinned by robust digital KPI projections and balancing sales, conversion, customer experience and profitability.
• Lead weekly trade, reading and reacting to sales trends (by sport, franchise, division), using all available levers to optimise performance.
• Partner with planning, both upstream to input on assortment buying decisions, and day-to-day for product management on our digital platforms.
• Elevate the digital consumer journeys by optimizing online navigation, merchandising, search, funnel analysis, grounded in data-driven insights.
• Build, coach and inspire a high-performing team of digital commerce practitioners, creating a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
