Job summary

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Digital Activation Executive in Sydney to lead search and social activations for market-leading brands. You will work with experienced media specialists and stay across industry trends, platform developments and new digital opportunities.

The role offers exposure to a broad digital media landscape, reporting, and opportunities to advance in a high-performing team within a global network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a search & social role in a media agency or in house.
• Experience across Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client briefs with line-manager support and build search & social recommendations.
• Smooth implementation and delivery of search & social campaigns.
• Accurate and timely reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Identify and implement optimisations to meet campaign KPIs.
• Lead and be accountable for output of the Coordinator.
