Job summary

NBCUniversal's Universal Pictures Home Entertainment division is seeking a part-time Digital Account Management Intern in Sydney. You will help manage the digital distribution of NBCU film and TV content across platforms like Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Google and Foxtel, ensuring correct promotion and merchandising.

This 9-month internship runs March 2027 to December 2027. You will support price promotions, store checks, presentations for upcoming releases, and research market trends, while

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs helpful) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Be a good communicator with an analytical mind and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management on day-to-day platform management.
• Assist with film/TV price promotions including building title submissions and loading pricing into studio systems.
• Conduct digital store checks ensuring accurate and timely setup, pricing, placement and assets for all releases.
• Maintain up-to-date new release trackers for all key platforms.
• Collate platform coverage decks for all key releases and promotions.
• Assist with creation and sell-in of presentations for upcoming releases.
• Monitor competitor and industry changes that affect sales performance and research market trends.
• Capture minutes and actions from account meetings and internal meetings as required.
• Copywriting for the International Distribution newsletter.
• Event and screening coordination support with key contacts as required.
• Perform other ad hoc coordination tasks for Account Management team as required.
