Job summary

Gateway Health is seeking a flexible Allied Health professional to deliver services to older adults, people living with disability and those with chronic conditions. Based in Wodonga or Wangaratta, up to 1.3 EFT permanent employment with part-time or full-time arrangements is available, with flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Work occurs in homes, communities or clinics, using individual and group delivery models with a strong focus on wellness and reablement.

• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Understanding of health promotion and independence through capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Allied Health and Nursing services to older adults, people living with disability and those with chronic conditions.

About the Role

With up to 1.3 EFT of permanent employment available, this is an opportunity to shape a role that works for you. We're open to discussing part-time or full-time arrangements and offer flexibility for the successful candidates to be based in Wodonga and another in Wangaratta.

In this role, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering Allied Health and Nursing services to older adults, people living with disability and people with chronic conditions. Our services are delivered in peoples’ homes, communities or are clinic based. We use a mixture of individual and group service delivery models and have a focus on wellness and reablement.

This role is classified under the Victorian Community Health Sector (Audiologists Dietitians Pharmacists and Psychologists) Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 – Grade 2 ($50.66-$56.03 + superannuation)
