Job summary

WSB Distributors is hiring Diesel Technicians for the Clare Branch. You will diagnose, repair, and service AGCO hay and harvest equipment, and you’ll work both in-branch and with customers on-site. Strong communication and autonomy are valued as you build relationships with customers.

We value on-the-job training, career development, and a supportive, family-owned culture that respects life outside work. Previous brand experience is a bonus, but learning is provided.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Diesel Technician with 2–3 years post-apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with agricultural machinery is a bonus.
• Autonomous worker with strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair AGCO hay and harvest equipment, seeders, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers.
• Work in-branch and at customer sites, managing jobs independently.
• Build relationships with customers and represent WSB in the field.
• Collaborate with teammates and keep learning from colleagues.
