Job summary

WSB Distributors is seeking experienced Diesel Technicians to join our Murray Mallee operations in rural Victoria. You will diagnose, repair and service AGCO hay and harvest equipment, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers, with hands-on field work and in-branch support.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
• Team player who can support colleagues and work collaboratively.
• Autonomous and capable of managing offsite assignments.
• Experience with agricultural machinery is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair AGCO hay and harvest equipment, seeder, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers.
• Work both in-branch and at customer sites, trusted to manage jobs independently.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and represent WSB in the field.
• Collaborate with your team and share knowledge to keep learning.
• Take ownership of your work and maintain high standards of service.
