Job summary

Hutcheon and Pearce seeks a Service Technician (Heavy Diesel Mechanic) to service, repair and maintain John Deere machinery across agricultural, construction and forestry sectors. You will diagnose faults, keep detailed records, and support apprentices, in a Monday–Friday role with above‑award wages and incentives.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified (Ag, Heavy Vehicle, Automotive, Mobile Plant or similar).
• Great communication & teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair & maintain John Deere agricultural, construction and forestry machinery.
• Diagnose faults and get customers back up and running.
• Keep accurate service records.
• Share knowledge with customers and teammates.
• Help lead and develop our apprentices.
