Job summary

Ezyquip Hire is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our Roma workshop team. You will service, maintain and repair a modern fleet of civil, construction and mining equipment, performing diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance to keep machinery job-ready.

You'll work on a mix of workshop and field-based assignments, with a 12:9 roster and opportunities for training and development. A safety-focused approach and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-trade experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Forklift licence (or willing to obtain).
• Safety focused with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair mobile plant equipment.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections.
