Job summary

Adelaide Truck Centre is looking for a qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to join our workshop in Adelaide. You will service and maintain trucks and trailers, diagnose faults, and help train apprentices in a safe, efficient environment.

Applicants should hold a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic Qualification, have experience with prime movers and trailers, hold a valid licence (HR desirable), and bring their own tools and transport. A strong focus on teamwork and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Heavy Vehicle Diesel mechanic qualification.
• Experience with prime movers, rigid trucks and trailers.
• Current Drivers licence; HR license desirable.
• Own transport and tools required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
• Able to work unsupervised and prioritise workload.

• Heavy Vehicle Diesel mechanic Qualification

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to prioritise work commitments
• Possesses a strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety and can show a proven safety record
