Tibbs Fleet Services, located in Gracemere, Queensland, is seeking a Diesel Motor Mechanic. Permanent full‑time role with salary $79,423–$89,423 p.a. plus super. Join a team delivering heavy vehicle servicing and diagnostics with modern workshop equipment.

Two years post‑trade experience and a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology are preferred. Training and development opportunities are provided, along with a supportive team culture.

Qualificações

• Trade qualification in heavy commercial vehicle technology.
• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics and electrics preferred.
• C Class manual licence (HR preferred)
• Two years post‑trade experience recommended
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and diagnose diesel vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance including engine overhauls and brake systems.
• Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify faults and recommend solutions.
• Follow manufacturer specs and safety standards during repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer communications.
• Collaborate with workshop team to ensure timely completion.
• Support training of apprentices and other technicians.
