Job summary

Goodline is seeking experienced and qualified Diesel Fitters to join our teams in Weipa, Queensland. This role offers long-term opportunities with one of Australia''s leading construction and maintenance service providers.

Permanent full-time position with a Mon-Fri roster, relocation assistance including flights and accommodation, plus a $650 weekly living allowance and income protection insurance. Weekend work may be available for additional income.

Qualifications

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (trade-qualified fitter).
• Experience in earthmoving equipment including cranes, excavators, bobcats and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, repairs and overhauls on heavy mobile plant.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic faults.
• Maintain and repair equipment including excavators, cranes, trucks, loaders and other heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, repairs and overhauls on a range of heavy mobile plant and earthmoving equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic faults.

• Conduct inspections and identify equipment defects to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• Maintain and repair equipment including excavators, cranes, trucks, loaders, bobcats and other heavy machinery.

About You

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

• Experience in earthmoving equipment including Cranes, Excavators, Bobcats and Trucks
