Job summary

Mader Group is seeking experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Fitters for Central Queensland, Bowen Basin. The role focuses on field service across mining assets, with rosters tailored to site needs and a strong safety culture.

You will operate in a demanding environment and contribute to efficient breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance. Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, have mining field service experience, and possess a current C class licence.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent; RPL options available.
• Strong field service and mining breakdown experience.
• Experience with OEM equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, or Liebherr.
• Mining experience advantageous.
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Strong initiative, problem solving, and commitment to safety.
• Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, or willingness to obtain them.
