Job summary

Xtreme Services Group is seeking experienced Security Officers for a Regional NSW site on a full-time basis. The role offers a 14 days on, 7 days off roster with accommodation and meals provided, starting from Cooma, NSW.

You will guard sites, manage incidents, conduct access controls, and maintain incident logs while delivering excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. NSW licenses and a valid white card are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a security guard or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and vigilant approach to security.
• Current NSW Security License, RSA & White Card is required for this position.
• Unrestricted Drivers Licence.
• Full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Guarding and monitoring assigned sites to ensure safety and security of people, property and assets.
• Responding to and managing incidents, emergencies and alarm activations in a professional and timely manner.
• Conducting access control and visitor management procedures for site staff and contractors.
• Maintaining detailed incident and shift logs.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

We are currently seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team working on a Regional NSW site on a full-time basis.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing security services company providing services to an exciting infrastructure project.

This site is in Regional NSW, and offers 14 days on, 7 days off roster. Accommodation and Meals are provided. This is a Drive-in-Drive-Our Role, starting from Cooma, NSW.

What You'll Be Doing

• Guarding and monitoring assigned sites to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets
