Next Level Consulting Solutions in Rockhampton, QLD is seeking an experienced Grader Operator for major bulk earthworks, rural road rehab and solar farm projects. A permanent position with a company vehicle is available for the right candidate, with meals and accommodation provided.

This role requires proven grader experience in civil construction, GPS/Final Trim capability, and the ability to work efficiently within a large civil crew.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating graders in civil construction.
• GPS and Final Trim capability.
• Civil earthworks experience and tickets.
• Ability to work effectively within a large civil construction crew.
• Available for an immediate start.
• Willingness to work a 2/1 DIDO roster from Gladstone/Rockhampton/Mackay region.

Responsibilities

• Operate Graders on civil projects including bulk earthworks and road rehab.
• Follow GPS/Final Trim guidance to achieve specifications.
• Collaborate with the civil crew to meet project timelines and quality.
• Maintain safety and equipment standards on site.

Next Level Consulting Solutions – Rockhampton QLD

We are currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join an established civil crew working on major bulk earthworks, rural road rehab and solar farm projects.

For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position with a company vehicle.

All meals and accommodation are provided, DIDO will be on 2/1 swings and an immediate start is available.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Graders in civil construction
• Demonstrated GPS and Final Trim capability
• Relevant civil earthworks experience and tickets
• Ability to work effectively within a large civil construction crew
• Available for an immediate start
• Willingness to work a 2/1 DIDO roster from Gladstone/Rockhampton/Mackay region

Pay & Conditions

• $66 flat as a permanent/fulltime rate + work ute
• If only interested in casual - rate can be negotiable ($80+/hr flat)
• 2/1 roster
• Meals and accommodation provided
