NSW Health at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Kidney Centre Dialysis Unit within Renal Medicine. The role delivers patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes.

The successful applicant will have current RN registration with AHPRA; dialysis experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifikationen

• A current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Dialysis experience preferred but not essential.
• Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• An understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
• The ability to work a rotating roster across AM and PM shifts only (no night shifts).

Aufgaben

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
• The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
