Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated haemodialysis and acute care experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Care for inpatients and outpatients requiring renal replacement therapies.
• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care for kidney-related conditions.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and lifestyle adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Operate within a rotating roster for AM and PM shifts (Mon-Sat).
