Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive on the Gold Coast is seeking a trade-qualified Technician to join our Audi service department. You will work exclusively on the Audi range, building deep brand knowledge and specialist expertise that sets your career apart.

Diagnose faults with Audi-specific tools, perform logbook servicing to manufacturer standards, and contribute to a safety‑minded workshop. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and encouraged to keep learning as the Audi range evolves.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Technician with high standards and dealership/workshop experience.
• Experience in a dealership or workshop environment; Audi or VAG exposure is a bonus.
• Strong diagnostic instincts and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Current, valid driver’s licence is required.
• Reliable, detail-focused, able to work in a busy workshop.
• Keen to learn as Audi model range evolves.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults using Audi-specific manufacturer tools with mentor support.
• Carry out logbook servicing and repairs to Audi standards.
• Contribute to a safety‑focused workshop where quality is valued.
• Provide high‑quality customer service by ensuring work lives up to brand reputation.

About you

You are a trade-qualified Technician who holds yourself to a high standard and is ready to take that next step in a dealership that will notice.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent trade qualification
• Solid hands‑on experience in a dealership or workshop environment, with any exposure to Audi or VAG group vehicles a genuine advantage
• Strong diagnostic instincts and the patience to work through problems properly rather than guessing
• A current, valid driver's licence
• Reliable attention to detail that your team can count on during a busy day
• Genuine curiosity about evolving vehicle technology and a willingness to keep learning as the Audi model range continues to grow
