Job summary

Morrows Logistics Pty Ltd in Keysborough, VIC, is hiring for an HC Tug Driver / Loader on the afternoon shift (3:00pm start, 11:30pm finish). This full-time role focuses on the safe handling, loading, and movement of Dangerous Goods and general freight within a structured logistics operation.

You will gain hands-on training in Dangerous Goods processes, load restraint, and compliance while supporting efficient dispatch and yard operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual for 3:00pm start.
• Physically capable of loading/unloading freight.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• A team player who communicates clearly.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Experience in transport or warehousing is beneficial, but attitude and accountability matter more.

Responsibilities

• Move MC, HC and HR vehicles around the yard.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare outbound freight for next day deliveries.
• Learn Dangerous Goods handling and compliance requirements.
• Understand load restraint and safety standards.
• Support drivers and transport operations to ensure smooth dispatch.
