Job summary

Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Dewatering Technician to join the Duketon operation on a FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth. You will be responsible for day-to-day watering equipment, monitoring water requirements, and ensuring reliable dewatering infrastructure.

The role requires operating pumps, performing routine maintenance, and installing bore pump systems and bypasses. WA Class C licence and relevant tickets are essential, with opportunities to grow within a high-performing gold business.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining pumps.
• Hold relevant machinery tickets (IT Loader, Telehandler, Excavator, HR).
• Current WA Class C Manual Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site water supplies, operation and maintenance of dewatering systems.
• Troubleshoot pump and piping issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Construct, monitor and maintain dewatering infrastructure (wells, pipelines, meters, gauges).
• Install bore pump systems and bypasses.
• Repair water pipelines and perform polywelding if required.
• Fuel and service pumping equipment.

Job Description

The opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Dewatering Technician to join the team at our Duketon operation. Reporting to the Dewatering Supervisor,you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day watering equipment of the site and monitor the water requirements.

This is a FIFO role (8:6 roster) fromPerth.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitoring site water supplies, operation, and maintenance
• Troubleshooting pump and piping issues and performing routine maintenance
• Constructing, monitoring, and maintaining dewatering infrastructure (e.g. wells, pipelines, meters, pressure gauges)
• Installing bore pump systems and bypasses
• Repairing water pipelines (including polywelding if required)
• Fuelling and servicing pumping equipment
