The role requires hands-on expertise with Ansible, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus proven leadership in enterprise DevOps initiatives and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop automation solutions using Ansible.
• Design, configure, and optimize Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD.
• Build CI/CD workflows using Azure Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control using Git.
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes environments.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, automation, scalability, and reliability.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to lead and support DevOps automation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and drive automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a technical leadership / DevOps Lead capacity.
• Comfortable working 5 days from office.
• Active security clearance is mandatory.
