Job summary

Nixil Pty is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across Sydney, Adelaide or Canberra. You will partner with development teams to improve performance and reliability.

You’ll automate pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, implement IaC with Ansible and CloudFormation, and ensure security and monitoring using Elastic Stack. Strong communication and current NV1, NV2 or TSPV clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Current NV1, NV2 or TSPV security clearance.
• 3+ years’ experience in DevOps or related field.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Programming skills in Python, Java or C#.
• Experience with Ansible, CloudFormation, AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile development and version control using Git and Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Ansible and CloudFormation.

• Integrate applications with infrastructure and supporting tooling.

Our clients are seeking experienced DevOps Engineers to strengthen infrastructure, automate deployments and improve application performance and reliability.

Working closely with development teams, you will support the technology stack from infrastructure through to applications.

What you’ll do
