Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and implement build, release, deployment and configuration activities within an agile development process. You will collaborate with business and Digital Solutions Group staff to understand requirements and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.

The role requires strong CI/CD and automation skills, experience with container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), public cloud deployment, and scripting in shell or other languages.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience.
• Strong CI/CD and automation experience with Bamboo, Bitbucket, Puppet, Chef, Ansible and/or Jenkins.
• Experience with virtual environments and containers; monitoring and alerting tools.
• Experience deploying services in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
