• Research, consult, analyse and evaluate program system needs.
• Test, diagnose, and fix errors in applications following established testing protocols.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards across technical programs, end-user tools and SOPs.
• Ensure application stability and scalability by managing automated testing suites and deployment procedures.
• Formulate and implement CI/CD strategies across system architecture and software development.
• Perform forensic analysis to identify anomalies or threats.
• Ensure end-to-end product integrity by monitoring performance risks and security concerns.
• Eliminate system constraints and inefficiencies to ensure infrastructure scalability, stability and security.
• Create and develop tools to support software management and security.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code aligned with system designs and specifications.
