Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to join our Property team in NSW. You will lead development projects across residential care and retirement living from feasibility through to construction and handover.

You will develop strategies for time, cost, quality, safety and risk, manage budgets and governance, and collaborate with residents, councils, consultants and contractors while upholding WHS and organisational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering complex property development or construction projects.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, procurement and contract management.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders across project lifecycles.
• Sound knowledge of development, construction governance, risk management and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of development projects from feasibility to handover.
• Develop strategies to achieve time, cost, quality, safety, risk and customer outcomes.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, approvals and governance submissions.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and development returns.
• Drive design excellence and ensure alignment with operations, sustainability, and standards.
• Build relationships with residents, councils, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS, policies, and development standards.
