Job summary

Mosaic Property Group is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead the delivery of iconic residential projects in Queensland from concept through to completion. You will shape project design briefs, monitor timelines and budgets, and collaborate with consultants, authorities and internal teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience as Development Manager or similar PM/architect role.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
Degree in Property Economics, Architecture or Design preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities on complex projects.
Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset aiming for excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of iconic multi-residential developments from concept to completion.
Shape vision through project and design briefs.
Monitor timelines, budgets and milestones.
Collaborate with consultants, authorities and internal teams.
Review design and sample sign-offs to champion design quality.
Support marketing materials, project collateral and sales docs.
Prepare contracts, variations and manage commercial aspects.
Oversee on-site progress and ensure quality.
Lead project close-out and defect management.
Build and sustain relationships with internal and external partners.
