Job summary

Stockland in Sydney is seeking a Senior Analyst for a 12-month contract to join the Development Finance team. You will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and scenario analysis to support informed investment decisions across Retail and Communities development projects.

Collaborating with Finance and Development Managers, you will apply corporate finance expertise to generate clear commercial insights that guide strategic growth in a dynamic property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles.
• CFA, CPA or CA qualification (completed or in progress).
• Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, especially in Excel.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capability with attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
• Support investment decisions across development pipeline in Retail and Communities projects.

A Senior Analyst to join Stocklands Development Finance team on a 12 month contract, supporting Retail and Communities real estate projects.

WhatYou'll Do

As a Senior Analyst within the Development Finance team, you will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to support informed investment decisions across an exciting development pipeline.

Working closely with Finance and Development Managers, you will apply your corporate finance and accounting expertise to provide clear commercial insights that support Stocklands growth strategy. Your analysis will help guide strategic decision making across Retail and Communities projects during a dynamic period of expansion.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Four to seven years of experience in commercially focused finance or accounting roles
• A strong foundation in corporate finance or Big Four accounting
• A completed, or in progress, CFA, CPA or CA qualification
• Advanced financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills, particularly in Excel
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capability, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly
