Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Development Analyst to work closely with the Head of Developments and Development Finance Manager in Sydney. You will deliver EstateMaster based feasibility analyses, cash flow forecasts, and scenario assessments for a growing development portfolio.

You will consolidate inputs from development, project and finance teams, maintain models with proper version control, and prepare reporting for managers.

Qualifications

• Property development or project accounting experience.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Must have experience using EstateMaster.
• Highly articulate and a confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Development Managers to turn questions into EstateMaster outputs.
• Gather and consolidate project inputs from development, project and finance stakeholders for accurate models.
• Maintain EstateMaster models across the development pipeline with version control.
• Prepare feasibility summaries and performance reporting for Development Managers and Head of Developments.
• Work with Head of Development Finance on modelling standards and reporting cycles.
• Support modelling and reporting on joint venture projects as required, including partner returns and waterfalls.
