Job summary

Snooze is seeking a detail-loving, number-savvy Casual Bookkeeper to join our finance team at Tweed Heads and Bundall stores. You will support daily bookkeeping tasks, reconciliations, BAS, payroll, and month-end processes in a friendly, close-knit environment.

Ideal candidates hold BAS agent status, proven bookkeeping experience (retail/franchising a plus), and a Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting, with proficiency in Xero and Excel.

Qualifications

• Registered BAS agent status is required.
• Experience in bookkeeping, retail or franchising is a plus.
• Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations and general ledger entries
• BAS preparation and support
• Payroll support and superannuation lodgement
• Assisting with month-end processes
• Maintaining accurate financial records with a keen eye for detail
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners (clear communication is key)
