Job summary

Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd is expanding its Despatch team at the Kwinana Refinery. This permanent full-time role involves handling outgoing lithium hydroxide, sulfate salts, and other products, loading sea containers, and ensuring safe dispatch.

The position operates on a 12-hour day shift, 6:6 roster, and collaborates with Process Operations to meet production targets. Applicants should have relevant plant operations training or experience, a valid driver’s license, and a First Aid certificate.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Process Plant Operations is desirable but not essential.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• First Aid certificate is required.
• High risk licence is desired.

Responsibilities

• Champion PTW in despatch area and coordinate with operations shift team.
• Hazard identification, reporting and rectification.
• Comply with health, safety, environmental and regulatory policies.
