Job summary

Kilargo, part of the dormakaba group, is seeking a reliable Despatch Team Member in Queensland. You will help ensure goods are packed, loaded, and despatched on time and accurately in a fast-paced environment, joining a supportive team.

Responsibilities include picking/packing, loading/unloading, paperwork, labels verification, cycle counts, and warehouse upkeep. Forklift LF license required; high reach experience is a plus. Overtime & Saturdays may apply.

We’re looking for a reliable Despatch Team Member to join our team. You’ll help ensure goods are packed, loaded, and despatched on time and accurately. What You Will Do

• Picking and packing orders safely and accurately.
• Loading and unloading trucks, sorting, and stacking materials.
• Completing paperwork and data entry for consigning goods.
• Double-checking labels and consignment details.
• Performing cycle stock counts
• Ensuring the facility is clean and tidy

What We Require

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to pitch in where needed.

• High attention to detail to minimize despatch errors and ensure accurate orders.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and checking system-generated reports.
• Forklift license (LF) is required; high reach experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, packing, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays when required to meet customer demands.
