Job summary

Stirlings Performance Steels in Bibra Lake, WA is seeking a full-time Despatch Coordinator to join our WA Warehouse team. You will coordinate freight bookings, manage despatch documentation, and ensure deliveries depart on time, supporting both walk-in customers and online orders.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, the role rewards accuracy, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-moving warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, freight coordination, or customer service.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
• A focus on accuracy and end-to-end despatch processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service customers and couriers promptly and professionally.
• Book and arrange freight, chase missing information, and ensure paperwork is correct.
• Prepare despatch documentation and liaise between Sales, Operations and freight providers.
• Support picking/packing and daily warehouse housekeeping as needed.
• Contribute to despatch procedures and systems enhancements.
