Job summary

Central Pet, a division of the Cenversa group, is seeking a skilled Designer & Content Creator to bring our brands to life. Based in Huntingwood, NSW, you will craft print and digital content across catalogs, packaging, websites, EDMs, and social media, blending design, copywriting and content creation for B2B and B2C audiences.

You will work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, manage assets, and support activations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong understanding of design and communication for B2B and B2C.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Excellent print and digital design skills.
• Copywriting experience.
• Knowledge of digital media and social media.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar CRM platforms.
• Retail, FMCG or pet industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and content creation for product catalogs and promotion materials.
• Develop newsletters and EDMs.
• Create trade POS and website assets.
• Produce campaign and activation-based communications.
• Manage content and assets library; support internal and external teams.
• Support marketing activations with creative design and copywriting.
• Handle general marketing admin duties as needed.

Position Overview:

Join CentralPet as our Designer & Content Creator and help bring our brands to life. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll create engaging print and digital content across catalogues, packaging, websites, EDMs, social media and marketing campaigns. Working across B2B and B2C channels, you'll combine creative design, content creation and copywriting skills to deliver impactful communications for customers, partners and pet lovers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will work closely with the broad team to ensure our communication campaigns and programs are implemented to the desired quality in the graphic design and content creation territory.

The role is responsible for graphic design and content creation for the following:

Product and Promotion catalogues

Newsletters and EDMs

Trade POS

Website

Campaign and activation-based communication materials

Manage the content and assets library and support internal and external teams

Support the marketing activations and programs in the capacity of creative design and copywriting

General marketing admin duties and assist in the related marketing initiatives when needed

Experience/Skills:

Tertiary qualifications and skills in Graphic Design or similar

Great understanding of design/communication principles (in both B2B and B2C) and solid skill sets of major design tools and applications.

Advanced proficiency in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Excellent print and digital design skills.

Copywriting experience and skills.

Excellent knowledge and skills of digital media and social media,

Experience with below will be viewed favourably:

Mailchimp, benchmark, or similar CRM platforms

Working experience in Retailing, FMCG, Pet related industries will be viewed favourably

Understanding and experience with the latest AI tools will be viewed favourably
