Moriah College in Sydney seeks passionate Design and Technology teachers to join our casual High School teaching team. You’ll deliver engaging lessons across a diverse learning environment, fostering creativity, problem-solving and a love of learning.

Requirements include NESA accreditation, First Aid and CPR, and experience teaching D&T in a high school. We value professionalism, strong work ethic and Zionist ethos within our College.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about inspiring young people to achieve their best.
• Have experience teaching Design and Technology in a high school setting.
• Hold current NESA accreditation to teach in a high school environment.
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Have demonstrated experience implementing educational best practice within your subject area.
• Provide high-quality teaching and learning activities that promote independent learning, practical skills and creative problem-solving, while integrating relevant technologies.
• Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
• Have a strong work ethic, displaying determination, self-motivation and curiosity.
• Support the Jewish Zionist ethos of the College.

Responsabilités

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
