Job summary

BVN is seeking a Design Technology Lead to provide strategic leadership across architecture, design technology and digital project delivery. The role works with the CIO and coCEOs, guiding a team of design technology coordinators to elevate BVN's architectural delivery.

You will steer practice-wide digital systems, BIM standards and workflows, while exploring computational design and automation across projects. Occasional travel to BVN studios is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or closely related discipline with significant practice experience across design, documentation and delivery.
• Hands-on proficiency with Rhino, Grasshopper, Unifi and computational design tools.
• Expertise in the Autodesk Revit ecosystem and knowledge of relevant BIM standards.
• Track record of leading teams, mentoring staff and influencing senior stakeholders across a multi-studio practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BVN's design technology strategy to support design excellence, project delivery and innovation.
• Establish and continuously improve practice-wide digital delivery frameworks, BIM standards and collaboration protocols.
• Partner with project leadership to elevate documentation quality, coordination standards and delivery efficiency.
