Job summary

Stockwell seeks an experienced Design Project Manager to join our Solana team in Queensland, Australia. You will support the delivery of design documentation, coordinating with project teams to achieve quality outcomes for residents and clients.

With a minimum of 5 years in design project management, you will coordinate consultants, review drawings, and address on-site design challenges in collaboration with internal and site teams. Immediate start requested; West End office in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Design Project Manager, preferably on residential or civil projects.
• Exposure to Procore, Bluebeam or MS Project.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a consultant team to achieve best outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant coordination to ensure designs align with cost plan and documentation program.
• Identify and drive design improvements and coordinate detailed design and documentation.
• Carry out design review, overlay, clash detection and coordination for fit-for-purpose outcomes.
• Review, manage and close out shop drawings and submittals.
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues impacting time, cost, or on-site progress.
• Engage with Site teams to ensure smooth delivery of design documentation.
