Job summary

Landmark Australia is expanding its Development and Construction teams and seeks experienced Design Managers to join. You will lead front-end design across feasibility, concept design, Development Applications, planning approvals, and consultant coordination.

For Construction Design Manager applicants, you will manage design delivery from post-approval through to completion, ensuring buildable outcomes on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience within the construction and property industry.
• 7+ years' experience in Design Management, Project Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultant coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end design process across feasibility, concept design, Development Applications, planning approvals, and consultant coordination.
• Manage design delivery from post-approval through to project completion, ensuring design outcomes are coordinated, compliant, buildable, and delivered on site.
• Lead multidisciplinary consultant teams through complex design, approval, and delivery processes.
