Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking an experienced Design Manager – Delivery to lead design coordination for large-scale residential projects in Sydney. Reporting to the Construction Team, you will drive design delivery post-approval through to project completion, coordinating engineers, consultants and internal teams to ensure buildable, compliant outcomes.

You will manage RFIs, design changes and technical queries, perform buildability reviews, and oversee design documentation to align with programme,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction/property industry
• 7+ years in design management or related roles
• Experience delivering large-scale residential/mixed-use projects
• Understanding of construction processes and buildability
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers and consultants
• Knowledge of DBP compliance and NSW design obligations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery from post-approval through construction completion
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Manage design documentation, RFIs, design changes and technical queries
• Undertake design and buildability reviews to identify risks and opportunities
• Ensure documentation is coordinated, compliant and buildable
• Collaborate with construction team to resolve design issues and maintain programme
• Manage design changes and support value engineering initiatives
• Oversee authority applications, approvals, inspections and certification
