Job summary

SÓMA Skin in the Sunshine Coast region seeks a confident, knowledgeable Senior Skin Therapist or Dermal Therapist with a minimum of five years' industry experience. The role starts at three days per week with potential to expand as the business grows.

You will assess skin concerns, recommend treatments and home care, build long-term client relationships through knowledge and results, perform advanced skin treatments, and create personalised treatment plans while guiding clients on their skin

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years' experience in the skin or dermal therapy industry
• Strong skin analysis and consultation skills
• A sound understanding of skin anatomy, skin conditions and treatment indications
• Confidence creating personalised treatment plans and recommending professional home care
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
• A genuine passion for results-driven skin treatments and ongoing education
• A professional, positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
• Experience with O COSMEDICS and DMK would be a fantastic advantage, although it is not essential
