Job summary

The Clinic Skin Health & Wellness in Campbell, ACT, is seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician to join our close-knit clinical team. You'll hit the ground running with an established client base and confidently perform advanced treatments.

Deliver premium facials, laser/IPL, microneedling, nano-fractional RF and other modalities, while building trust with clients and maintaining precise records. You'll also mentor juniors and contribute to a culture of ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical skin/dermal clinic setting.
• Graduate Diploma in Dermal Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with laser/IPL and other machine-based treatments.
• Familiarity with premium skincare brands.
• Excellent consultative communication and ethical treatment recommendations.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Perform advanced dermal treatments (peels, needling, laser, RF, HydraFacial, LED).
• Deliver premium facial treatments and retail skincare guidance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and consent forms.
• Follow infection control and SOPs; mentor junior therapists.
