Job summary

Chloe Regan Cosmetic Clinic in Noosaville seeks a Dermal Therapist / Advanced Skin Therapist to deliver advanced treatments (PICO/CO2 laser, LED, RF Needling, IPL, Ultraformer MPT) and provide thorough skin analyses and personalised plans.

The role emphasizes client education, documentation, and building a loyal high-end client base in a premium clinic environment. A path to senior therapist progression exists with ongoing upskilling and access to premium cosmeceutical brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level dermal therapy education or equivalent advanced skin experience.
• Minimum 3 years in advanced beauty therapy, or 2 years as a dermal therapist.
• Solid hands-on experience with advanced modalities.

Responsibilities

• Design personalised treatment plans based on client goals and skin assessment.
• Prescribe cosmeceutical homecare and educate clients confidently with genuine expertise.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, before/after photography, and client records.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, knowing client history, goals, and names.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates, especially when plans change.
