Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Basic knowledge of energy systems and a willingness to grow your expertise in the emerging field of Virtual Power Plants.
• High attention to detail.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be curious.
• Self-motivated, achievement oriented and a disciplined approach to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional initiatives with business development, engineering, market operations and IT development teams.
• Onboarding, dispatching and settling assets within the AGL VPP, while identifying market opportunities.
• Preparing detailed technical bid responses for DER opportunities, collaborating with subject matter experts across the business.
• Autonomously scoping IT solutions to support the growth of DER products.
• Performing customer data and opportunity analysis.
