Job summary

Emmanuel College in Laverton is seeking a Deputy Principal Student Wellbeing to lead student engagement practices across both campuses, fostering a culture of belonging where every student grows in faith, wellbeing, engagement and character.

The role reports as Executive Leader, focusing on pastoral care, attendance, behaviour and governance, with strong emphasis on child safety and Catholic education within MACS.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification, preferably at the Masters level
• Be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
• Demonstrate strong leadership capacity and organisational skills
• Show commitment to Catholic education
