Lake Munmorah High School seeks a Deputy Principal Inclusion and Support to lead school-wide inclusion strategies, improve outcomes for students with disabilities, and strengthen collaboration with families and allied health professionals. The role focuses on wellbeing, learning, and independence for diverse learners.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a school-wide culture that values inclusion and equity.
• Expertise in supporting students with disability and related qualifications.
• Ability to develop staff capacity to promote learning and wellbeing.
• Ability to collaborate with families and allied health professionals for reasonable adjustments.
• Knowledge of transition options for students with disability.
• Experience using data to inform strategic improvement plans.
• Proven teaching experience with ability to initiate improvement in teaching and learning.
• Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare.
• Educational leadership to manage performance of individuals and teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and manage resources to support teaching and learning.
• Knowledge of Aboriginal education policy.
