Job summary

Deception Bay State High School, part of the Queensland Department of Education, seeks a collaborative deputy principal to lead teaching and learning and develop staff capability through the Whole School Approach to Pedagogy. You will oversee inclusion and coordinate student support across the year.

You will use evidence to drive improvement, build trust through strong communication and collaboration, and strengthen school culture, belonging and engagement while addressing the year 7 cohort’s
