The Australian National University is recruiting for an ANU Level 8 administration role within the Student Education Support team to lead a central team responsible for delivering student administration services across enrolment, progression and related activities.
You will lead a high‑performing team, drive service excellence, and work with senior stakeholders to improve systems, policy and processes while ensuring compliance and quality across the student lifecycle.
Classification: ANU Level 8 (Administration)
Salary package: $124,392 – $133,017 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Continuing
The Student Education Support Team, within Student Engagement and Education Management, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education (DVCE) contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle.
The Division's student related support services include the management of: enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts; student communications and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
