Job summary

SunPork Group invites applications for a Department Trainer at Swickers Kingaroy. You will manage the department's training function in collaboration with managers, ensuring WHS&E, HR and QA requirements are met and understood by all team members.

Your duties include coordinating inductions, updating procedures, developing new QSWIs and SOPs, maintaining training records, and providing routine reports to the supervisor. You will promote safe work practices and team development.

Qualifications

• Clear and precise communication skills at all levels.
• Working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance principles.
• Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Swickers training needs with a dynamic training team.
• Induct new starters and familiarise them with procedures.
• Maintain training records and update training matrices.
• Provide weekly training reports to Health, Safety and Training leadership.
• Develop and deliver training programs and SOPs as required.
