Anaconda Adventure HQ in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Department Team Leader for the Camp and Hike Department. You will energise the shop floor, coach your team, and connect customers with the right outdoor gear to inspire their next adventure.

Responsabilités

• Lead your team on the shop floor, energising staff and inspiring customers to begin their next outdoor adventure.
• Drive sales by matching customers with the right gear and solutions for their activities.
• Create engaging merchandising that tells a story from trails to campfire nights.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members.
• Maintain stock levels and presentation to maximise sales opportunities.
• Coordinate in-store events, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with store leadership to enhance the overall in-store experience.
• Provide hands-on leadership and problem-solving to sustain a high-energy, customer-first culture.
