Woolworths Group in Melbourne is seeking a Department Manager who will lead a department end-to-end, driving a connected, high-performing team and ensuring our customers enjoy a consistently great shopping experience.

Supported by the Store Leadership Pathway, you will develop your leadership skills and department capabilities, collaborating with the store leadership team to deliver a smooth operation and an engaging workplace.
